What We Offer

Apartment Life is made up of one, two, and three bedroom apartments in Single and Family Communities for residents from around the world. These communities are available to all CSU Students*, Post-doctoral Fellows, and Visiting Scholars.

Who Lives With Us

A global and multicultural community

  • Approximately 70% of residents come from more than 80 nations
  • Intercultural Connections Community (ICC): a living-learning community for single undergraduate students 23 years of age and younger*

CSU Students

  • Undergraduate students carrying at least 6 credit hours per semester in a degree seeking program
  • Graduate students enrolled in one credit hour or continuous registration
  • Students do not have to be registered for summer classes, but must be pre-registered for the following fall semester.

Post-doctoral Fellow or Visiting Scholar

  • Post-doctoral Fellows and Visiting Scholars are required to show documentation from a CSU Department indicating their status with the university with the start and end dates at the time of their application.

Faculty & Staff

  • Faculty & Staff are eligible for transitional housing as space is available.
