Your student will need their RamCard for many things at CSU:

• For meal plans in the residence halls
• To do laundry in the residence halls and university apartments
• To get into the Campus Recreation Center
• To gain access to certain buildings and computer labs
• To receive tickets and gain entry to university athletic events
• For use as a banking card for students with a First National Bank account

Meal plans can only be changed at the Dining Services Office - 108 Palmer Center (1005 West Laurel Street) during the first two weeks of each semester. For more information call (970) 491-4754.

How Parents Can Add Money to Vending Accounts

There are three easy ways for parents and family members to add money to a student's Vending Account:

1. Stop by the office and use cash, check, or a MasterCard/Visa credit card to add money to a student's account. The student must present their RamCard for the money to be added to their account.
2. Call the office with a credit card number. The money will be placed on the student's account when the student presents their card at the RamCard Office
3. Download the Parent Payment Form and mail it in with a check (made out to CSU) to the RamCard Office. The money will be placed on the student's account when the student presents their card at the RamCard Office.

How Parents Can Add to RamCash

There are four easy ways for parents and family members to add money to a student's RamCash:

1. Add money online at our secure Web site with a MasterCard or Visa credit card at www.ramcash.colostate.edu
2. Stop by the office and use cash, check or MasterCard or Visa to add money to a student's account. The student does not need to be present or present their card; dollars can be added to RamCash accounts remotely.
3. Call the office with a credit card number. The money will be placed on the student's account remotely and available for them to use right away.
