RamCash

Online Account Maintenance for RamCash Available Now!

RamCash can be used to buy food and beverages at Academic Village Commons Express, Durrell Express, Spoons in Allison Cafe, the Lory Student Center, Cram-A-Latte in Morgan Library, Rude Awakening Coffee Cart in Rockwell Hall, and any Residence Hall Dining Center. RamCash can now also be used to purchase parking permits, pay parking fines, and obtain other services from CSUPD Parking Services Division. Show your RamCard to purchase your items and the receipt will tell you how much money is left in your account.

students at Durrell ExpressThese food venues offer everything from pizzas, subs, healthy salads, and bagels to soup, desserts, coffee, and sushi. Your RamCash can also be used at the library coffee cart, Cram-a-Latte, located by the main entrance.

The money in the account is yours – no set-up fees, no transaction fees, but there is a minimum starting balance of $25.00 when you first set up your RamCash account. It does not expire as long as you are at CSU. You can establish this account using cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.

Gift Certificates or Department Awards

Gift Certificates are available for RamCash with cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard.

Terms and Conditions

  • This agreement is executed between the individual named above and the RamCard Office.  This agreement pertains to the creation of a RamCash convenience account, which is an option available to students and employees of Colorado State University.  RamCash is administered by the RamCard Office.
  • LSC food court sitting areaThe term of this agreement begins when this account is activated and ends when the participant graduates or withdraws from the University (students), or terminates employment (employees).
  • A minimum deposit of $25.00 payable to the RamCard Office is required to activate a RamCash convenience account.  Additional deposits may be made in any amount by completing the necessary forms and making payment through the RamCard Office.
  • The participant’s RamCard will be the access device for the RamCash.  The card must be presented at the time of purchase and is the only means of accessing the participant’s account.
  • The RamCash will be closed upon request or when the participant graduates (students) or otherwise ceases to be a CSU student or terminates employment (employees). Account balances of less than $25 will be forfeited.  A processing fee of $25.00 will be charged to close any RamCash with a balance higher than $25.  Requests for account balances in excess of $25.00 must be made within one year after departure from the University. After one year, all balances are presumed abandoned. Requests for refunds must be completed at the RamCard Office using the refund form with an authorized signature. 
  • This account is non-transferable.  Additional identification may be required to ensure that only the participant uses the account.
  • The RamCard Office will determine the goods and services available for purchase with this account.
  • Should the participant’s identification number change after execution of this agreement, he/she must notify the RamCard Office as soon as possible.  Should the participant’s RamCard be lost, stolen, or damaged, it should be reported to the RamCard Office immediately.  A fee will be charged for the replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
