Live Green Community at CSU
Are you interested in living green at CSU? If you are passionate about the environment and would enjoy living with other students who want to live sustainably, join the Live Green Community at CSU!
Located in Summit Hall (a suite style hall with both double and single rooms), the Live Green Community is open to students in any major and there is no additional fee to participate in the community. The Live Green Community is co-sponsored by the Live Green Team and the Warner College of Natural Resources. New in Fall 2007, the Live Green Community participates in sustainability initiatives and pilot recycling, composting, water conservation, energy reduction, and green power projects.
Features of the Live Green Community:
- Live with other students who are committed to sustainability
- Become an eco rep on campus
- Pilot sustainability projects
- Participate in optional floor activites as much or as little as you have time for
- Get involved with green student organizations on campus
- Take advantage of resources and expertise from the Live Green Team
- Academic ties with the Warner College of Natural Resources
- Live in a double or single room in Summit Hall
