Don't throw it away... Leave It Behind!
Residence hall students are invited to donate any unwanted clothing, shoes, school supplies, furniture, household goods, and non-perishable food items to the Leave It Behind program in an effort to reduce waste to the landfill and limit the amount of items students have to move out of their residence hall rooms at the end of the semester.
Non-perishable food will be donated to the Food Bank for Larimer County and all other items will be donated to CSU Surplus with proceeds benefitting the Eco Leaders. Look for drop off locations in each residence hall.
Finals Week
May 13-17, 2013
All Residence Halls
Quiet hours begin on Friday, May 10 and run through Finals Week. No overnight guests will be permitted during finals. Plan ahead and begin packing and taking items home prior to your last day. Students should plan to move out of the halls within 24 hours of their last final. Temporary curbside parking will be available for move-out along Laurel Street and Plum Street from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. during finals.
Residence Halls Close
Friday May 17, 2013
All Residence Halls
Check your mailbox for additional hall closing details and important information. All residence halls will close at 10 p.m. on Friday, May 17. Students should plan to move out no later than 24 hours after their last final during the week of May 13-17. Lunch will be the last dining center meal served on Friday, May 17. To-go meals will be available until 2 p.m.
In the rare instance that you need a late check out on Saturday morning, May 18, you must get prior approval from your Residence Director no later than Friday, May 10 (applications are available at hall front desks). Students must check out no later than 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 18.
