Special Dining Needs

Our staff prepares your meals, which have been carefully planned to offer balanced nutrition and variety.

A wide variety of entrees are offered, including vegetarian and vegan entrees, at all of our dining centers. Grilled sandwiches, pasta, stir fry, pizza, deli, and other specialty bars (including low-fat entrees and lactose-free products) are featured in addition to our regular entrees. Salad bars feature fresh fruits and vegetables, seasonal items, fresh salad mix, assorted dressings, and a variety of toppings.

Residents with special dietary needs or questions are urged to contact their Dining Services Director for suggestions to meet their individual needs.

Take-Out for Floor Activities

Take-outs for floor activities are allowed one time per semester. Arrangements need to be made between the Resident Assistant (R.A.) and the Dining Center Director at least two weeks in advance.

To-Go Meals

To-go's are available at every meal (except in the summer) for those residents who wish to take their meal out of the Dining Center. Please tell the meal checker that you are requesting a to-go meal before you hand them your University ID Card.

Sick Meals

If you are ill your roommate or friend may bring a to-go meal to your room by obtaining a Sick Meal Request Form from the front desk. Please have your roommate or friend bring your University ID Card and the Sick Meal Request Form to the dining center to grab a to-go meal.
