Located on your way to class, the Express serves 100% fruit smoothies, Vail Mountain Espresso coffee drinks and a variety of grab and go sandwiches, salads, and snacks, as well as an assortment of convenience store items. 

Our state-of-the-art dining commons opened in 2008 featuring 8 different food venues. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, we offer a wide variety of fresh and healthy foods. At the Mongolian Grill you fill your bowl with your favorite vegetables, sauces, meats, or seafood and we stir-fry it for you. Freshly made deli sandwiches, sizzling salads, Tex-Mex, pasta sautes, carved meats, steamed vegetables, skillet breakfasts - we have it all just the way you want it!

Cheeseburger sliders, pizza, buffalo hot wings!  The Sports Grill has all that and more including deli sandwiches, grilled and fried chicken, and veggie burgers.  It’s a great place to hang out and watch the game with your friends on one of the 52” flat screen TVs!

Allison

At Allison, you’ll find a continental breakfast in the morning with fresh fruit smoothies, freshly-baked assorted pastries, and bagels. For lunch we are proud to feature Spoon’s Soups & Salads®, serving mouth-watering soups and hand-tossed salads.

Braiden

Open every day, Braiden offers a full-service breakfast with egg omelets, pancakes, French toast, and more. A fresh fruit and yogurt bar, pastries, and granola from our campus bakeshop round out the morning meal. For lunch and dinner, you can find a variety of options like pasta, custom-made deli sandwiches, wraps, charbroiled burgers, and burritos! A full salad and fruit bar, hearty soups, fresh-baked cookies, and desserts are always on hand. Late Nite options include personal pan pizzas, custom deli, famous Braiden milkshakes, wings, salad bar, and more.

The Marketplace features display cookery. From lunch to Late Night, we have an endless variety of made-to-order specialties including Tex-Mex at Cactus Junction, Sizzling Salads, chicken specialties at Cacklers, and comfort foods from The Cookery. Enjoy soups from Ladle by Ladle, delectable desserts at Confections, a deli and wrap station at Twist It, Wrap It, Stack It, the healthy Leaf n' Ladle salad bar, and The Fruit Basket seasonal fruit bar.

Newly renovated and opened in the summer of 2013, Durrell Dining Center features state-of-the-art food venues including an International Station and a Make-Your-Own Pasta/Noodle Saute Bar, unique seating arrangements, and an outdoor dining patio. Enjoy soups,salads, and sandwiches at the salad bar, a variety of ethnic dishes at the International Station, or make your own pasta at the Pasta/Noodle Saute bar, and much, much more.

DX (Durrell Express)

DX at the Durrell Dining Center is the newest on-the-go express locations on campus. Featuring delicious options off the grill, freshly made Italian gelato, a variety of grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, and a Coke Freestyle Machine.

Parmelee

Adjacent to the Corbett Marketplace, Parmelee Dining Center offers breakfast, lunch and dinner where you can enjoy your favorite breakfast foods, pastas sautes, and several pizza varieties at lunch and dinner. At The Grill, we offer charbroiled burgers, hot dogs, wraps and grilled chicken. At Parmelee you can also find a full fruit and salad bar, as well as a variety of fresh-baked cookies and desserts.
