Lunch: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Dinner: 4:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Dining Centers
Our dining centers and menus have been carefully designed to offer the maximum amount of dining options possible. Menu items and hours of operation differ at each dining center. Because your meal card works at all dining centers, you have the option to explore all eight dining centers and you will always have the choice of a variety of concepts.
| Express at the Academic Village Commons | Located on your way to class, the Express serves 100% fruit smoothies, Vail Mountain Espresso coffee drinks and a variety of grab and go sandwiches, salads, pizza and snacks as well as an assortment of convenience store items are available. |
| Sports Grill at the Academic Village Commons | Cheeseburger Sliders, Pizza, Buffalo Hot Wings! The Sport’s Grille has all that and more including deli sandwiches, grilled and fried chicken, and veggie burgers. It’s a great place to hang out and watch the game with your friends on one of the 52” flat screen TVs! |
Allison |
At Allison, you’ll find a top-notch continental breakfast in the morning with fresh fruit smoothies, freshly-baked assorted pastries, and bagels. For lunch we are proud to feature Spoon’s Soups & Salads®, serving mouth-watering soups and hand-tossed salads. |
Braiden |
Open every day, Braiden offers a full-service breakfast with egg dishes, pancakes and French toast, and more. A fresh fruit and yogurt bar, pastries, and granola from our campus bakeshop round out the morning meal. For lunch and dinner, you can find a variety of options like pasta, noodle bowls, wraps, risotto, burritos & a make your own pizza bar! Our Mainstreet line offers home-style meals including carver sandwiches, charbroiled burgers, hot dogs, and chicken breasts. A full salad and deli bar, hearty soups, fresh-baked cookies and desserts are always on hand. Late Nite menus conveniently accommodate your busy schedule! |
Corbett Marketplace |
The new Marketplace is our crown jewel of display cookery. From breakfast to Late Night, we’ll tempt you with an endless variety of made-to-order specialties including Tex-Mex at Cactus Junction, Sizzling Salads, chicken specialties at Cacklers, and comfort foods from The Cookery. Enjoy soups from Ladle by Ladle, delectable desserts at Confections, a deli and wrap station at Twist It, Wrap It, Stack It, the healthy Leaf n' Ladle salad bar, and The Fruit Basket seasonal fruit bar. |

Look for the Country Breakfast Fair serving made-to-order omelets, pancakes, eggs, bacon, fresh bagels and more for breakfast and lunch. At lunch and dinner you can also enjoy a wide variety of favorites from The Grill: hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken breasts. Our newest addition is a rotisserie, turning out chicken, turkey, salmon, and roast beef with all the home cooked sides to go with it. Steaming rice and noodle bowls are sure to please vegan and vegetarian preferences. Full salad, fruit, and deli bars, homemade soups, and desserts complement your choices. |

Adjacent to the Corbett Marketplace, Parmelee Dining Center offers lunch and dinner where you can enjoy Pasta al' Strada's Italian selection of pastas with fresh breadsticks or several pizza varieties at R&D Pizza. At The Grill, we offer charbroiled burgers, hot dogs, and chicken breasts. At Parmelee you can also find a full fruit and salad bar, as well as a variety of fresh-baked cookies and desserts. |
