BrubakerDezarai Brubaker, Director

Dezarai brings over 10 years of conference and event planning expertise to the Office of Conference Services. As a two-time graduate of Colorado State University, she takes great pride in partnering with the University community and is proud to represent the University to conference guests. Dezarai handles all new business inquiries, responds to Request for Proposals, arranges site tours, and with her staff, strategically plans for the future of the organization. Dezarai is active in the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors-International (ACCED-I) as a Regional Director and has received her Collegiate Conference and Events Professional (CCEP) designation. She also serves as a board member for the Fort Collins Convention and Visitors Bureau.

BrubakerLisa Lytle, Assistant Director

Lisa excitedly joins the Office of Conference Services team at Colorado State. Returning to her alma mater, she brings over 8 years of event planning experience both in the private and public sector. As a northern Colorado native, Lisa is committed to developing and maintaining strong relationships with CSU and community partners. She works year-round with a variety of groups to coordinate their conferences and events such as USA Cycling, Encompass Technologies, CSU Music Camp, Impact Youth Conference, and Campus Crusade.

 

LaurenLauren Ankarlo, Conference Coordinator

As a CSU Alumni and a native of Colorado, Lauren brings her love for the area into her conference coordination. With over five years of event planning and coordination experience, she is excited to help out with any organizational details, reservations, or logistics that are needed to make your event a success. Lauren's conferences include the Construction Management Career Fair, Road Scholars, STARS, and the Colorado High School Activities Association.

 

 

CandaceCandace Hufford, Conference Coordinator

Candace joins the OCS team with over seven years of event planning and coordinating experience in both the private and public sectors. A Kansas native, Candace earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Kansas State University. During her time as an undergrad, Candace worked as a student assistant in the Conferences and Noncredit Programs unit and fell in love with serving in an academic setting. She eagerly returns to the university environment and is enthusiastic about continuing to cultivate positive relationships between CSU and the community. Candace provides logistical and administrative support for over twenty conferences each year, including Women’s Basketball Camps, Advanced Program MARK, Soil Institute, State 4H Conference, and CSU Marching Band Camp. 

 

ElodieElodie Vigneron, Conference Coordinator

Elodie first came to CSU as an exchange student from France. After earning her Master's degree in Sports and Tourism Services Management and working eight years in the Hospitality and Sports industries, Elodie has returned to CSU. She has joined the Office of Conference Services where she now coordinates CSU and non-CSU conferences on and off campus. Elodie's conferences include The Diversity Symposium, College of Engineering Career Fair and the Rocky Mountain Meter School.

 

LindseyLindsey Hoffner, Office Manager

Lindsey works with our conference coordinators in handling registration functions including processing registrations and on-site assistance. As the Office Manager, Lindsey is the front line for any questions you may have; feel free to contact her and she will be glad to help direct you to the proper person. Lindsey is a 2007 CSU alumna and is delighted to be working for her alma mater.

Barb Lorenz, Business Manager

Barb is excited to join the OCS team. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Colorado State, and is a proud RAM. She has over 20 years of experience working with Housing operations including 15 years at CSU’s Pingree Park Mountain Campus. Barb is responsible for administrating the financial services that are provided to participants, sponsors, and vendors for all OCS conference programs.

 

Kelly Mason, Residential Accommodations Managerkelly

As a CSU alumna, Kelly is thrilled to enter her new role as part of the Conference Services team. As the Residential Accommodations Manager, Kelly is responsible for training and supervising the student summer staff providing guest services in the residence halls. She uses her 5 years of experience in Housing & Dining Services to serve as a liaison between Conference Services and Housing in order to create a positive experience for all conference guests.
