University Apartments Rates

When comparing our rental rates with other options, remember that our rental rates include:

  • Water, sewer, garbage and recycling
  • Electricity
  • Heat
  • High Speed Internet
  • Local Telephone Service
  • Cable TV
  • Furniture

Leases

Academic Year Leases: Academic Year Leases can begin between June 1 and September 10, 2008 and run through May 31, 2009. This is the least expensive rental option for the University Apartments (see rates below). If you sign a lease after September 10, 2008, only the month-to-month option is available. Academic Year Leases may be renewed for an additional year during the spring 2009 renewal process. Residents must fill out a Notice of Intent to Vacate 30 days prior to moving out. The fee for breaking an Academic Year Lease is $360.

Month-to-Month Rental: Month-to-Month rental is available for short term periods (minimum of 30 days) and are a good option for students and staff that need an apartment for just one semester or a few months. Residents must fill out a Notice of Intent to Vacate 30 days prior to moving out.
