Proposed rental rates include ALL UTILITIES: heat/air condition, internet, basic cable TV, trash, recycling. Rental rates DO NOT include a meal plan - optional meal plans can be purchased from Residential Dining Services.

  • Kitchen with full-sized stove, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher

  • Air-Conditioning: individual apartment controls of heating and air-conditioning
  • Fully furnished:
    • Common Space: sofa, living room chair, coffee table, entertainment/TV stand, dining table and chairs 
    • Bedrooms: full-sized bed - 54" x 80" (1.37m x 2.03m), desk, desk chair, and under bed storage
      *Desk and desk chair not included in Studio apartments
    • We do not recommend bringing additional furniture

Application & Leasing Info

  • Leases (housing agreements) begin on your Assignment Date and end on May 31 of each year
  • A lease may be renewed for an additional year during the spring renewal process
  • The fee for breaking your lease is $360 unless you have a documented academic reason to leave before May 31 (i.e. study abroad, graduation, post doc ending appointment)
  • Rent is billed monthly to the students' CSU account
  • Students may request roommate or apartment-mates in the application process
