GUIDE Diversity provides training and passive/active programs incorporating varying areas of diversity. These areas include identity development, communication styles, stereotyping, and exploring discrimination, privilege and oppression. Our staff is skilled and trained in facilitation, dialoguing, training and program development, and multicultural research. We challenge individuals to create inclusive communities that are accepting, understanding, and willing to explore a variety of cultures and differences.

Student of Color Retreat:
A one-day retreat to discuss and explore pertinent issues for students of color. This retreat provides students the opportunity to share experiences, discuss current issues, explore other cultures and ethnicities, and bridge communities on the Colorado State University campus.

Campus StepUp: A Social Justice Retreat:
Formerly known as the MultiCultural Leadership Retreat, Campus StepUP empowers students and facilitators to experience an action-oriented approach to multi-cultural leadership and then bring that learning back to campus. There will be opportunities to network with students, faculty and staff, expand awareness within issues of diversity, and focus on personal growth regarding to perceptions of multi-cultural issues.
