Equipment Use Policies:
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. When your request is processed you will be contacted by GUIDE's Technical Coordinator to confirm your reservation.
Pickup:
All equipment pickups are made from the Durrell Center Game Room (Room 114). The equipment is typically available at noon the day of the event. For weekend events, the equipment will be available for pickup on Friday. When picking up equipment, be sure to sign the Equipment Reservation Form and Equipment Contract.
Equipment Return:
Please return equipment promptly to the Durrell Center Game Desk after your program. There is a limited amount of equipment for use and many halls/organizations share it. The desk worker will examine the equipment and sign the bottom line of the Reservation Form. You will be held accountable for any damage.
