Mary Ellen Sinnwell
Director

Mary Ellen is responsible for the overall administration and management of the Office of Conference Services.  She oversees the coordination of development, financial planning, budget development, and service evaluation for our conference sponsors. Mary Ellen has over 26 years of experience with Student Affairs.

Dezarai Brubaker
Assistant Director

Dezarai oversees marketing, registration, and support services for the Office of Conference Services.  She also serves as the building proctor for the Conference Services Center. Dezarai handles all new business inquiries, responds to Request for Proposals, arranges site tours and assists in strategically planning for the future of the organization with the Director.

Katie Risheill
Conference Coordinator

Katie serves as a central contact person for conference sponsors acting as a liaison to University services such as housing, dining, and other campus facilities.  She has experience in coordinating several long standing CSU conference programs such as Rocky Mountain Meter School, Campus Crusade, Honor Band and Black Issues Forum.  

Ashley Clement
Conference Coordinator

Ashley spends her days coordinating a variety of summer programs including UCA Cheer Camps and National Hispanic. She stays busy making arrangements for housing, dining and meeting space for her programs.

Lari Mathewson
Conference Coordinator

Lari works as a conference coordinator for OCS. Planning conferences such as Construction Management Career Fair, CSU Musice Camp and many others year round round keeps Lari very busy. Lari is a familiar face on campus and has been on staff at CSU for over 10 years!

Linda Cho
Registration Assistant and Office Manager

Linda works with the registration coordinator in handling registration functions including processing registrations.  As the Office Manager, Linda also greets customers and provides administrative support for the OCS staff.  Linda loves being a part of the CSU community and prides herself in giving back to her alma mater since her first days as a student, a member of the pep band, marching band and APASS student.

Janelle Armentrout
Business Manager

Janelle is responsible for administrating the financial services that are provided for participants, sponsors, and vendors for all OCS conference programs.
