Tech Equipment Use Policies:
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. When your request is processed, you will be contacted by GUIDE's Technical Coordinator to confirm your reservation.

Pickup:
All equipment pickups are made from the Durrell Center Game Room. The equipment is typically available at 5:00 PM the day of the event. If you need equipment before 5:00 PM, contact the GUIDE Tech Coordinator to make other arrangments.
Equipment Return:
Equipment needs to be returned to the Game Desk by noon on weekdays and 3:00 PM on weekends the day after the event. There is a limited amount of equipment for use and many halls/organizations share it. The desk worker will examine the equipment and sign your Reservation Form if the equipment is clean, not damaged and on time. You will be held accountable for any damage, late fees and cleaning fees.
